Book the Stars
We’re committed to creating a safe, positive environment for everyone—dogs and humans alike! Before signing up for a class or service, please take a moment to review the below notables.
-
Greater Dog services are best suited for dogs (and their humans!) who are comfortable around other dogs and people. If your pup struggles with reactivity or fearfulness, we’re happy to help—just reach out via our Contact Page and we can give you local specialists who can offer more personalized support.
-
Puppy classes welcome pups 9–20 weeks old at the start of class.
All other group classes require dogs to be at least 5 months old at the start of class.
-
Proof of at least one DHPP vaccine is required before your first class for all puppies. Older dogs should be up-to-date on all vaccinations. Safety first!
-
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer make-up sessions for missed classes—so please plan ahead.
-
If your dog has allergies, medical conditions, or any special considerations, let us know before class begins so we can make sure everyone stays safe and supported. You can send us extra information via our Contact Page.
-
A 6-foot leash (no retractables) and a body harness that isn’t attached to the neck. No prong, choke or e-collars are allowed. A variety of small soft training treats and some water for you and your pup is key in hot Arizona. See our full list of Things to Bring for more info.
-
Everyone is a life-long learner, which means a pup needs ongoing practice — especially true for teen puppies as they grow and (temporarily!) regress. This means repeating class levels is totally welcome when needed, and it gives you and your pup a chance to refine star skills over time.
-
No problem! We’re here to help—just get in touch via our Contact Page. We’ll also help during classes to assess fit and will adjust service options as needed. We want your pup to shine, so we’re always on the lookout for best matches with our different services and beyond.
